A. The application, when approved and signed by the Engineer, shall be forwarded to the Treasurer and shall constitute the permit when issued by the Treasurer.
B. Permits shall be secured at least two (2) working days before the work is commenced, except in the case of emergencies.
C. Permits shall not be transferable.
D. The Police and Fire Departments shall be notified when so specified in the application.
E. The permit shall provide a time limit within which the work shall be completed.
F. The permit shall be void if the work is not commenced and completed within the date specified on the permit unless an extension of time for good cause is granted as provided in Section 12.16.070. (prior code §9-11-3)
