10.70.110: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or who, having obtained a permit hereunder, wilfully fails to continue to comply with the conditions set forth in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set forth by section 1.28.010 of this code. (Ord. 3023 §11, 2001, eff. 7-1-2001)
