Any applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a permit or imposition of conditions to the city council. The denied applicant shall make the appeal within forty eight (48) hours after receipt of the denial by filing a written notice with the city clerk and a copy of the notice of denial or condition with the city clerk. The city council will reach a determination prior to the planned date and time of the solicitation and in no more than seven (7) business days. (Ord. 3023 §10, 2001, eff. 7-1-2001)
