A basic application fee of five dollars ($5.00) to cover the expenses incident to processing the application for solicitation of contributions permit shall be paid to the city clerk upon the time of filing of the application. This fee is not refundable if the application is rejected, conditionally approved, or if the applicant discontinues the application process before it is completed. (Ord. 3023 §3, 2001, eff. 7-1-2001)
