A. For a first violation of this chapter, the applicant and/or sponsor of the parade, public assembly, or block watch event shall be subject to civil citation and a civil penalty in an amount to be established by resolution of the City Council.
B. For subsequent violations of this chapter, the applicant and/or sponsor of the parade, public assembly, or block watch event shall be subject to misdemeanor citation and, upon conviction, shall be punished as set forth by section 1.28.010 of this Code. (Ord. 3606, 2018)
