10.60.110: DUTIES OF PERMITTEE:

A. A permittee hereunder shall comply with all permit conditions and with all Federal, State and local laws.

B. Granting of a permit under this chapter does not waive sponsor from abiding by all other applicable City ordinances including section 5.08.160, "Beer, Wine Or Liquor Prohibitions Within The City; Exceptions", of this Code. (Ord. 3107 §9, 2003: Ord. 2853 §1, 1998)
