10.60.070: NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF APPLICATION:
If the application is complete, the City Clerk shall approve or deny, or approve with conditions, the permit. The Clerk shall make a reasonable effort to notify the applicant, by facsimile, mail, or personal service of the decision on the permit, which notice shall include the reason(s) for a denial or an approval with conditions of the permit. (Ord. 3606, 2018)
