1.01.010: ADOPTION:
Pursuant to the Provisions of Sections 50-903 through 50-906 of the Idaho Code, there is hereby adopted the COEUR D'ALENE MUNICIPAL CODE. The Coeur d’Alene Municipal Code shall be maintained by the City Clerk and shall be published as may be directed, from time to time, by Resolution of the City Council.
