10.20.080: PARKING IN ALLEYS AND LOADING ZONES:
No motor vehicles shall be parked in the alleys or loading zones described hereinabove except for the purpose of loading or unloading which shall be done as expeditiously as possible and shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes elapsed time in any one block.
