10.03.020: DEFINITIONS:

CITY: Means the legal environs of the Municipality designated "Coeur d'Alene, Idaho".

COMPLETE STREETS: Means the public transportation corridors and networks that are scoped, planned, designed, built, operated, and maintained to enable safe travel and access for users regardless of their mode of transportation.

WAYFINDING: Means informational signage used to orient people and facilitate navigation from place to place. (Ord. 3614, 2018)
