2.12.040: CITY CLERK AND ATTORNEY; APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL; DUTIES:
A city clerk, city treasurer and city attorney shall be appointed as provided by the Idaho Code. Their removal from office shall be accomplished as provided by such code, and their duties shall be those provided by such code. (Ord. 3568, 2017)
