2.12.010: APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL:
All appointive officers, city clerk, city treasurer and city attorney, shall be appointed or removed as provided by Idaho Code sections 50-204, 50-205 and 50-206. (Ord. 1992 §2, 1986: Ord. 1422 §1, 1976)
