9.05.010: INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE BARRIER TAPE OR OTHER DESIGNATED BARRIER:
It shall be unlawful for any person, unless otherwise authorized by a duly authorized law enforcement officer, to cross into an area around which there is a barrier tape labeled "Police Line - Do Not Cross" or other such similarly labeled roped or fenced off areas. (Ord. 2915 §1, 1999)
