A. The conduct in any manner of any race by "unlimited hydroplane" upon any "public waters" as defined in section 8.48.030 of this chapter is prohibited.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or permit the operation of any "unlimited hydroplane" upon any "public waters" as defined in section 8.48.030 of this chapter.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to lease or otherwise use or for the City Council to make available for use any public property as a part of or to assist in the promotion or financing of any unlimited hydroplane race.
D. It shall be unlawful to launch any "unlimited hydroplane" within the City of Coeur d'Alene into any "public waters" as defined in section 8.48.030 of this chapter.
E. The City Council shall not be authorized to issue a main event permit or any other sanction or permission for any unlimited hydroplane race. (Ord. 2792, 1996)
