8.48.010: AUTHORITY:
By authority granted to the City of Coeur d'Alene pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Idaho, article XII, section 2, and by sections 50-221 and 50-302, Idaho Code, the people of the City of Coeur d'Alene hereby enact this chapter as follows. (Ord. 2792, 1996)
