8.44.030: CONDITIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF WASTE:
No Class A, B or C waste shall be deposited at the Coeur d'Alene City landfill, unless separated according to class and deposited at locations at the landfill designated by the operator thereof; provided, however, that commercial haulers bringing the waste to the landfill by packer truck need not separate Class A, B and C waste. (Ord. 1645 §3, 1980)
