8.12.100: EXCEPTIONS TO CHAPTER PROVISIONS:

Toy guns, pop-its, party poppers, party favors, cap guns, and other similar devices using paper caps containing not more than twenty five one-hundredths (0.25) grain of explosive per compound cap are excluded from the regulations of this chapter. (Ord. 3602, 2018)
