8.12.070: PERMIT; FEE:
The Mayor and Council of the City shall, by resolution, from time to time fix and change the fee, per location, for permits to sell fireworks, which fee shall be paid to the Clerk before issuance of the permit. (Ord. 2852 §6, 1998: Ord. 2269 §1, 1990: prior code §7-6-8)
