No person without having a valid fireworks permit issued pursuant to terms and conditions set forth in this chapter shall use, deploy, import, export, possess for the purpose of sale, offer for sale, or sell any fireworks for any use or purpose. No fireworks shall be sold or offered for sale or discharged within the City except between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. on June 23 and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. on July 5 of each year. The daily hours of operation for each fireworks stand shall be eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. (Ord. 3602, 2018)
