8.08.050: OWNER OR OCCUPANT TO ABATE VIOLATION:
It shall be the duty of the owner or occupant of real property to cut, trim or remove such accumulations or growth within five (5) days after the receipt of notice, unless an extension is granted. One or more extensions may be granted upon a showing of good cause. (Ord. 3564, 2017)
