8.08.040: ENFORCEMENT; NOTICE:
Whenever the chief of police or his designee finds that a violation does exist pursuant to any provision of this chapter, enforcement shall be initiated by giving notice to the owner or occupant of the violation(s) to be abated, and time within which the owner or occupant of the property is required to abate the violation(s). (Ord. 3564, 2017)
