8.04.100: VIOLATIONS; DESIGNATED; DECLARED MISDEMEANOR:
It shall be a misdemeanor as defined in section 1.28.010 of this code to accumulate garbage and/or trash, or to violate any of the prohibitory or mandatory regulations or any of the rules authorized by this chapter to be promulgated by the mayor and city council by resolution.
