8.04.080: FIXING OF RATES AND SUPPLEMENTARY RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The mayor and city council shall fix rates and may fix supplementary rules and regulations by resolution. Three (3) copies of said resolution, duly certified by the city clerk, shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk for the use of and examination by the public. (Ord. 1463 §1(8), 1976)
