8.04.060: SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR FAILURE TO PAY CHARGES:
The municipality may levy a special assessment against the premises for failure to pay charges and delinquency charges fixed by resolution of the mayor and city council, in the same manner provided by law for the foreclosure and collection of other city special assessments. (Ord. 1463 §1(6), 1976)
