8.04.040: WASTE COLLECTORS DESIGNATED BY MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL:
The mayor and city council may provide for the collection of waste by the city, or contract with the lowest and best responsible bidder or follow the procedures of Idaho Code section 50-344. (Ord. 2118 §1, 1988: Ord. 1678 §2, 1978: Ord. 1463 §1(4), 1976)
