6.35.040: APPEALABLE MATTERS:
   A.   The following matters arising under this title may be appealed to the animal control hearing officer:
      1.   A declaration that an animal is aggressive, dangerous or vicious under chapter 6.20 of this title;
      2.   A decision by animal control placing additional restrictions on an animal previously declared aggressive or dangerous under chapter 6.20 of this title; or
      3.   The decision that an animal found running at large was previously declared vicious under chapter 6.20 of this title.
   B.   The following matters arising under this title may be appealed to the city council:
      1.   The revocation or denial of a kennel or pet shop license under chapter 6.30 of this title. (Ord. 3383 §2, 2010)
