Any person whose license has been denied or revoked shall:
A. Lose the right to apply for a new license under this chapter for a period of two (2) years from the date of the final decision denying or revoking the license; and/or
B. Be subject to the seizure and removal of all animals remaining in the facility. All applicable impound fees will be the responsibility of the licensee and/or the owner of the animal. (Ord. 3383 §2, 2010)
