6.30.010: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE:

It is unlawful for any person to operate, keep or maintain a kennel or pet shop within the city limits without:

A. Possessing a valid license from the city; and

B. Complying with all provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 3383 §2, 2010)
