The following information will be kept on all impounded animals:
A. A complete description of the animal, including tag numbers if any;
B. The manner and date of impound;
C. The location of the pick up and name of the officer picking up the animal;
D. The name and address of any person relinquishing an animal to the impound facility;
E. The name and address of the person redeeming the dog and the date thereof;
F. All applicable violations of this title;
G. All applicable fees and penalties;
H. All expenses accrued during impoundment;
I. The date and manner of disposition including the name of the person adopting the animal if applicable;
J. If licensed, the name and address of the owner of the animal and the license number. (Ord. 3383 §2, 2010)
