10.80.050: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00). Any person found to be in violation of this Chapter for a second or subsequent time within one (1) year shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to the penalty as provided in section 1.28.010 of this Code.
