14.17.110: REFUNDS:
KCEMSS must refund KCEMSS Impact Fees to the Applicant, or their successor in interest, within ninety (90) days of a request by the Applicant, or their successor in interest, for a refund if a refund is required under Idaho Code § 67-8211. The refund must include interest as provided in Idaho Code § 67-8211(3). (Ord. 3717, 6-6-2023)
