5.12.010: LICENSE; REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person to sell wine at retail within the Municipality without first obtaining a license therefor, as herein provided and pursuant to chapter 13, title 23 of the Idaho Code as amended by 1973 Session Laws, chapter 144, State of Idaho. (prior code §5-14-1)
