The Director or designee, for good cause, may revoke any Certificate granted, by providing written notice to the permit holder or agent. Any person, association, or corporation who continues to act more than ten (10) days after the notice of revocation has been mailed shall be in violation of this Chapter and subject to the penalties provided herein. The revocation of a CMCC may be appealed in accordance with Municipal Code § 13.40.100. (Ord. 3716, 6-6-2023)
