5.08.100: LICENSE; APPLICATION FORM:
All applications for a license must be in writing, filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by the affidavit of the applicant showing such applicant to be qualified, by this chapter and the laws of the State of Idaho, to receive a license. The application must state the place of business with respect to which the license is issued. Before a license shall be issued, the licensee must have procured the license from the proper officials of Kootenai County, Idaho; provided, if no County license has been procured, the applicant may provide proof that an application for a County license has been filed and the City Clerk may then grant a temporary City license, which shall be valid for no more than ten (10) days.
