The fee for any such license is fixed as follows:
A. For the retailing of draft beer, bottled or canned beer, or draft beer only, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year;
B. For the retailing of bottled beer or canned beer, part of which is to be consumed on the premises where sold, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year;
C. For the retailing of bottled beer or canned beer, none of which is to be consumed on the premises where sold, the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per year. (Ord. 1696 §1, 1982: prior code §5-9-3)
