When, in the judgment of the Building Official, a sign has been erected or maintained in a manner that creates an imminent hazard or risk to the safety of persons or property, the Building Official may remove the sign immediately with or without notice to the owner or lessee of the sign, or to the owner of the building, structure, or premises on which the sign is located. Notice of the removal shall be mailed to the last known address of the owner or lessee of the sign, and/or the owner of the building, structure, or premises on which the sign was located.(Ord. 3698 §3, 2022)
