The City Clerk or designee is authorized and empowered to revoke any permit upon failure of the holder thereof to comply with any provision of the Sign Code. Prior to revocation, five (5) days’ written notice shall be provided to the applicant which notice shall specify the violation. If the violation has not been cured with five (5) days, the City Clerk or designee may revoke the permit. The revocation shall be stayed upon the timely filing of an appeal. (Ord. 3698 §3, 2022)
