7.01.090: FORCE MAJEURE:
In the context of this chapter, a public health emergency is a force majeure. No person is entitled to recover from the City of Coeur d'Alene any costs incurred, or profits lost, as may be alleged to be attributed to the enactment of a Public Health Emergency Order. (Ord. 3649 §1, 2020)
