4.10.080: PLANTING AND REMOVAL OF TREES, SHRUBS AND PLANTS:
No trees, shrubs or plants shall be planted, pruned or removed without the consent of the parks director. The director shall have full authority to prune, remove or transplant any trees, shrubs or plants when he considers it in the best interest of the cemetery. (Ord. 3382 §17, 2010)
