A. It is the duty of the committee to:
1. Approve expenditures of funds previously appropriated by the city council for the maintenance, decorating and cleaning of the Jewett House trust property. Expenditures for all alterations to the property must first be approved by the mayor and city council;
2. Adopt bylaws, rules, and regulations, subject to approval of the mayor and city council and consistent with the amended agreement of trust, for the regulation, use and conduct of activities at the Jewett House trust property; and
3. Comply with all city policies, procedures, and regulations. (Ord. 3382 §17, 2010)
