Should the use or physical evidence of said use not be removed or cease within the one hundred and eighty (180) day period or authorized extension thereof, or if at any time during the duration of the permit, the applicant fails to perform under the terms of the permit, permit agreement, or these regulations, the City may in addition to any other right or remedy allowed by law, terminate the permit, retake possession of any City-owned property and remove all persons and property therefrom after giving applicant eight (8) days written notice to vacate. Said notice shall be placed in the United States mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, addressed to applicant at the address listed on the permit application and deemed received on the date of acknowledgment of the return receipt by the applicant or its agent or employee.
