Records of the issuer, or its designated financial intermediary, with regard to the ownership of or security interests in its registered public obligations, are not subject to inspection and copying under any law of the State of Idaho relating to the right of the public to inspect and/or copy public records, any other law to the contrary notwithstanding. Registration records of, or on behalf of, the issuer may be maintained at such locations within or without the State of Idaho as the issuer shall determine. (Ord. 1841 §14, 1984)
