3.16.120: UNCERTIFICATED REGISTERED PUBLIC OBLIGATIONS:
When uncertified registered public obligations are issued, the issuer shall provide a true and correct copy of its official actions relating to such obligation to its designated financial intermediary, and shall maintain its own true and correct copy, for so long as such obligation remains outstanding and unpaid. (Ord. 1841 §12, 1984)
