The issuer will provide the form of any obligations issued, will designate identifying numbers for such obligations, and will supply its designated financial intermediary with a sufficient supply of certificates for subsequent transfers, for record and payment dates, for varying denominations, for communications to owners and holders of obligations, as well as for accounting, cancelled certificate destruction, registration and release of security interests. Such responsibilities will be borne by the designated financial intermediary, unless registration of such obligations is maintained by the issuer, in which case such responsibilities shall be borne by the issuer.
