In order to meet the requirements of the Code, the timelines established by law, rules and regulations, and the requirements of the Uniform Commercial Code, the City shall enter into an agreement or agreements with such financial intermediaries, as necessary, and shall designate such financial intermediary as the paying agent, transfer agent and/or registrar for the City. The City reserves the right, as may be necessary or cost effective, to act as its own paying agent, transfer agent and/or registrar, on such obligation or series of obligations as it may determine.
