3.16.040: DESCRIPTION:
The system of registration shall hereafter be described in the official actions which provide for the issuance of public obligations. In addition, the existence of the system of registration, fact of registration and name and address of the financial intermediary, paying agent, transfer agent and/or registrar, shall be described in the registered public obligation(s). (Ord. 1841 §4, 1984)
