3.16.010: SYSTEM OF REGISTRATION:
The system of registration established in this Chapter and maintained by the City until altered, amended or discontinued, to the extent permitted by law, shall be applicable to all certificated registered public obligations and uncertificated registered public obligations issued by the City on or after July 1, 1983. (Ord. 1841 §1, 1984)
