Accessory permitted uses in a C-17 district shall be as follows:
Accessory dwelling units.
Apartment for resident caretaker watchman.
Outside area or buildings for storage and/or preparation of merchandise or goods necessary for and incidental to the principal use.
Private recreation (enclosed or unenclosed).
