It is declared to be the policy of the city of Coeur d'Alene to encourage the development of a local government/public education television channel and to join with all persons and institutions concerned with the televising of such programs to ensure that the role of CDATV in our community will grow and play an evermore significant part in providing information on local government and public education to the citizens of Coeur d'Alene.
