A. Quorum Requirement: A quorum of four (4) members is required to render any decision.
B. Meeting Schedule: The Commission shall meet on the fourth Thursday at noon unless otherwise directed by the Commission or Director and duly noticed for another date or time. Any meetings may be canceled if there is no matter to discuss.
C. Conduct Of Meetings: For any given project in any given meeting, the Commission shall strive to maintain meetings that are expeditious and orderly, with an objective of conducting its review of any individual project within ninety (90) minutes, including presentation by both the applicant and public comment.
